Session Description

Overview

My activation sessions involve me engaging in rigorous, “structure-organic”, authentic, interactive dialogue and inquiry with a qualified session facilitator, (and may involve other session participants, when it is delivered in group mode).

Intended Outcomes

The overall intention of my sessions are to allow me to clarify and manifest my highest heart intentions with exponentially increasing speed, fun, grace, and ease. I will be able to determine the effectiveness of my sessions by defining the measurable outcomes and performance criteria in my early sessions.

Customized Session Structure

My sessions are delivered in my chosen session Package from 6 sessions (2 months) to unlimited access (6 months - 1 year).

Each session may last for up to 90 minutes with a minimum of 60 minutes.

After my 6 session option is fulfilled I will be invited to participate in a different package.

Session Fees & Schedules

Bronze 6 sessions (2 months) $2997.00
Platinum 18 coaching sessions (6 months) 1 hour each $5,000.00

Mastery Program (One year weekly sessions and ongoing support, Equine retreats) 15,000.00 (Paid upfront $12,000.00)

I agree to pay my agreed monthly fees in advance, no later than the 1st day of each month.

I agree that missed sessions may not be carried over.

I agree to give at least 24 hrs notice when I wish to reschedule a session.

Session Participation

Logistics

I agree to schedule and attend a minimum of 1 (one) Session per month for the duration of my agreement.

Each of my Sessions will last for between 60 and 90 minutes.

I will provide my Facilitators and Group Partners with a minimum of 24 hour notice of my intention to miss a scheduled Session.

My missed Sessions will be forfeited unless I have made prior arrangements with my Mastery Partners and Facilitators.

My Sessions are held by Zoom unless I make other agreements with my Mastery Partners and Facilitators.

Intentions

I understand and accept that my Sessions are not advice, therapy or counseling.

My Sessions will equip me with tools and practices that address my specific personal and business heart-intentions.

I accept that the context and purpose of my interactions with my Facilitators and my Group Partners is to remind me of my initial intentions and to facilitate me to be unbridled to realize those intentions.

I choose to take 100% responsibility for achieving all my intended outcomes during my Session participation.

I recognize and accept that the core and fundamental purpose of my Sessions is for me to strengthen my practices in allowing myself, and others, (i.e. partners, employees, co-workers, customers, family, friends, community, etc), to fulfill our intentions, with increasing fun, speed, grace, and ease.

I agree to take 100% responsibility for ensuring that I take the necessary actions that enable me to show up to my Sessions on time, FULLY PRESENT & PREPARED, physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually to engage in my Sessions.

Leading

I agree to be 100% responsible for leading my Sessions and ensuring that I leave with my desired outcomes.

I agree to always be in a position to lead my Sessions, by engaging in the necessary Session preparation.

I agree to EMPOWER my Facilitators and Group Partners to fulfill the intentions of my Sessions.

I choose to empower my Facilitators and my Mastery Partners to continually engage me in very personal, direct, rigorous, accountable, inspiring, activating and challenging conversations

I agree to be honest and straightforward, asking questions and making requests and keeping my promises.

I agree to maintain a powerful relationship with my Facilitators and my Group Partners.

Whenever I detect (i.e. intuit, think, sense or feel), that my Session appears to be less valuable than I desire, I will communicate my concerns to the Facilitators so that we can take the necessary actions to restore power and value to my Session.

Trust and Confidentiality

I agree to honor the Trust and Confidentiality that is placed in me by my Group Partners and Facilitators.

I agree to trust that my Group Partners and Facilitators will honor the Confidentiality that I place in them.

Non-Disclosure & Non-Compete

I acknowledge that all of Sandra Dee Robinson’s Tools and Practices under Charisma on Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting constitute proprietary trade secrets.

I agree that I will avoid replicating such material except for my personal use in connection with my Sessions.

I agree to avoid disclosing Session materials to third parties without Sandra Dee Robinson or representative of Charisma On Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting written consent.

I agree to avoid, directly or indirectly, except with Charisma On Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting written consent, using Mastery Unleashed™ written materials, systems, or processes to provide Sessions or any similar service to others.

The Charisma On Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting facilitators agree to keep all my information confidential unless I have given permission to share specific information with others.

Terminating Participation

If I choose to terminate my session participation before the agreed end date, I agree to provide my Facilitators and all my Group Partners with at least 2 weeks written notice of my intention to withdraw from the Sessions.

I accept that Charisma On Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting, reserves the right to terminate my participation in the Session, when the Facilitators or my Group Partners determine that my participation is contrary to the intention of the program.

In whatever manner my participation is terminated, I accept that it will be up to Charisma On Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting exclusive discretion to determine when or if I will receive a pro-rata refund of my pre-paid fees.

Unless I have made other arrangements, I agree to purchase or return all materials belonging to Charisma On Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting.

Resolving My Disputes

In the event that I have a misunderstanding or disagreement with Charisma On Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting, I agree to attempt to resolve the issues through direct conversations.

If I fail to achieve resolution, I agree to arbitrate my dispute in Travis County utilizing a mutually agreed arbitration service.

In all events, I agree to hold Charisma On Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting free from consequential damages.

I also accept that Charisma On Camera LLC/Horsepowered Consulting maximum liability for any dispute arising out of this agreement and my Sessions shall be limited to the fee amount I actually paid.
